My client is looking for a site architect to assist the senior site architect and work closely with the project manager on a building project of a number of dwellings. You will need JCT 98 and be conversant with NBS certifications, have some site experience and a at minimum of 2 years experience putting together drawings. The company offers an opportunity to work on an interesting project, gain further experience in a site role and a salary of 25 - 35K sterling. Preference will go to locally based applicants, Spanish is an advantage .
