Responsibilities:
*Responsible for biz performance of all outlets
*Analyse financial performance&formulate biz plans to enhance sales&profit
*Ensure cost control in terms of f&B stock,manpower& operational cost,etc
*Create&execute plans to enhance sales,profit &staff dev
*Maintain,develop&improve restaurant image:customer service,quality of F&B &dining
*Drive initiatives to increase profile of restaurants
Requirements:
*Strong leadership quality with excellent communication& interpersonal skills
*Excellent Pple&Team Mgmt skills
*Excellent analytical&decision-making skills
*Strong knowledge of cost/quality control&standard consistency
*Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with proven track record in relevant restaurants
*Sg/PR
(Ladies preferred but guys w 3 years exp in Thai/Indonesian dining concept may apply)
Salary:Up to $4k
Location:Sims Lane
Working Hours:8-10hrs/day.6 days/wk
