The Company is a US global leader and innovator in plastics industry.
The Job
The Engineering Manager will manage all new program and mold making activities from Request for Quotation through Release to Production. This includes overseeing all projects to ensure that they are completed on schedule, within budget, and executed to both internal and external customer specifications and requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Manages all aspects of new programs including, but not limited to, personnel management, project management, resource allocation, and continuous improvement efforts.
•Prioritizes, coordinates and facilitates all project activities to ensure that all projects are completed on schedule, within budget and are executed to customer’s satisfaction.
The Candidate
•Engineering degree preferred, plus 10+ years of related hands on experience.
