This long established Fresh Food Company is experiencing explosive growth. Excellent People Management & Organizational skills are the key requirements. Early 4 AM start is required giving rare day time lifestyle opportunities.
Reporting to the Company Director you will be responsible for:
•Organization of Work, People and Resources for timely completion of orders
•Management and Training of a small team (10-15)
Some food production experience is preferred but not essential.
The ideal candidate will be:
•Honest, Practical and Reliable with a sense of ownership in the business
•Able to communicate at different levels
